What can I do if my account has been banned?

Before appealing your ban

1: Create an account here at WAFG Homepage
2: Make sure you first understand why you been banned
3: Go to our website here and read all the WAFG Server Rules
4: Appeal your ban here Appeal My Ban
4: You will find your nickname in our ban list, press your name and copy your steam id so that we can identify you and handle your case WAFG Ban List
5: Appeals are only appropriate if you believe you have learned from your mistake and are writing a genuine apology for your actions. Defending your behavior or using "whataboutisms" to justify it will result in the appeal being rejected     
6: Our staff will briefly triage your appeal, but may not act on it for 24-48 hours after it has been received. Please be patient and do not repeatedly contact WAFG Staff
7: When writing your appeal, be aware of the language you are using. Appeals that contain abusive language or excessive profanity will almost certainly be rejected.

Has your microphone and chat been turned off for a certain time or permanently? or in an incorrect way?

1: Go here to Comms Press your name and you will see your Steam ID, which we need to know in order to handle your case
2: If you have been banned by mistake, please describe your situation in detail
3: Describe to us why you think you should get your permissions back to be able to use your chat and microphone in our servers
4: It may take us 24-48 hours to reply to you so please be patient and don't spam us or you will be ignored
