What can I do if my account has been banned?

A guide below will explain very well what to do if you have been banned in WAFG

Before appealing your ban

1: Create a Discord account
2: Make sure you first understand why you been banned
3: Go to our website here and read all the server rules WAFG Server Rules
4: Join our Discord server now 
5: Appeals are only appropriate if you believe you have learned from your mistake and are writing a genuine apology for your actions. Defending your behavior or using "whataboutisms" to justify it will result in the appeal being rejected     
6: Our staff will briefly triage your appeal, but may not act on it for 1-2 weeks after it has been received. Please be patient and do not repeatedly contact WAFG Staff
7: When writing your appeal, be aware of the language you are using. Appeals that contain abusive language or excessive profanity will almost certainly be rejected.

Can I be banned without reason?

No it can't happen because there is always a reason why you were banned and the reason is presented in your ban and when you press your name it says why you are banned.

Help i was banned by mistake!

We don't often make mistakes in WAFG but sometimes it happens and if we made a mistake against you contact us via Discord and have a good attitude towards us it doesn't give you the right to attack us or insult us just because we made a mistake then you will be ignored.

Racism and harassment against other players is strictly prohibited in WAFG and is usually punished with your chat and microphone being turned off, and in the worst case, you as a player will be banned from all WAFG servers.

Server advertising or clan tag that can be connected to other CSS servers is strictly prohibited and punished with a permanent ban

Why have my chat and microphone been disabled permanently?

This is very rare for us to do but we do it in cases like this when we see that you as a player have been punished before but have not learned from your mistakes. You must contact us through Discord if you want to be able to use the chat and microphone again.
